When you send us an enquiry, a personalisation request or a custom brief through our website, you may share your name, email address, WhatsApp number or phone number, event details, wording, photographs, inspiration links and anything else you choose to include. We only collect information you give us voluntarily.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to answer your enquiry, prepare and personalise your invitation, provide the service you have asked for, keep you updated about your order and keep the records we need to run the business properly. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing tracking.
RSVP information
Where an invitation includes RSVP functionality, guest responses are held for that event. This may include a guest's name, email address or contact details, whether they are attending, party size, dietary requirements and any optional message. This information is used only to provide and manage the RSVP service for that event, and for nothing else.
Sharing with service providers
To operate our website we rely on a small number of service providers, including website and cloud hosting and email delivery providers. These providers process data only where necessary to run the service and only on our instructions. We do not share your information for any other reason, except where we are required to do so by law.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was provided, and we delete or remove it when it is no longer needed. Event and RSVP data is not intended to be kept indefinitely.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, or if you have a question or concern, email tapmyinvite@outlook.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

This website does not use marketing cookies or advertising tracking. Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as your IP address and browser type, may be processed briefly by our hosting provider. We do not use this information to identify you.

If you send us photographs or personal details relating to other people, please make sure you have their permission to do so first.
