About these terms

These terms set out how Tapmyinvite provides personalised digital invitations and invitation websites. By sending us an enquiry or placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our services

We design and personalise digital invitations and invitation websites for celebrations and events, including still invitation designs and interactive invitations with RSVP functionality.

Prices

Where prices are described as starting prices, they are the price for personalisation of the design as shown. The final price for your order is confirmed with you before any payment is taken.

What personalisation includes

Personalisation of an existing design covers the design as shown, with your agreed names, wording, event details and the existing photograph placements. Larger design or layout changes are reviewed separately and quoted before payment.

Confirming your order

We confirm the final price and scope with you before work begins. Interactive invitation websites, including custom invitation websites, are delivered before payment is due. Payment is due within 7 days of delivery. Still digital invitations are paid before personalisation. If payment for an invitation website remains outstanding after the 7-day due period, we may deactivate the website until payment is received.

Delivery

Our standard delivery target is five working days. Priority delivery within 48 hours is available subject to capacity. These are targets rather than absolute guarantees, and delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur. If there is a delay, we will keep you updated.

Revisions

Where included, up to two revision rounds are part of your order. Additional revisions or larger changes may be charged, and any charge is agreed with you in advance.

Checking your details

You are responsible for checking the spelling of names, dates, addresses and all other information you provide before final approval. Please review your invitation carefully, as we cannot be responsible for errors in information supplied by you and approved by you.

Your materials

You confirm that you have the right and permission to supply any photographs, text and other materials for use in your invitation, including permission from anyone featured or mentioned in them.

Cancellation and refunds

Because digital invitations are personalised to you, whether you can cancel or receive a refund can depend on the stage of the work and applicable law. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at tapmyinvite@outlook.com and we will deal with your request fairly. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Invitation links and RSVP services

Your invitation link and any RSVP service rely on third-party hosting and technology. We look after them with reasonable care, but we do not promise that hosting will be available forever. Where an event has finished, the invitation and its responses may be removed.

Security

Secure and private features, such as couple-only access to RSVP responses, reduce the risk of unauthorised access, but no online service can be described as completely risk-free.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
